Dr. Blasbalg is a highly experienced dentist. He graduated with honors from the Tel Aviv School of Dental Medicine in 1998. In addition to his 6 years of training as a general dentist, he underwent an extensive academic and practical prosthodontics internship for 4.5 years in Tel Aviv University, passing the rigorous theoretical and practical exams of the Israeli Health Ministry. As a prosthodontics specialist, this training course lent Dr. Blasbalg a deep understanding, unique abilities, and a wider professional outlook- all of which are reflected in the results of his patients. Dr. Blasbalg does regular procedures like fillings, teeth whitening, high-quality crowns, porcelain veneers and more complex procedures like bridgework, reconstruction on top of dental implants, dental wear treatment, jaw pain and a variety of aesthetic treatments.

As a prosthodontist, Dr. Blasbalg differs from the old traditional approach where the dentist does all the procedures. Dr. Blasbalg collaborates with many experts of different dental specialties so his patients ultimately get the best of care. This approach is often called “Multidisciplinary Care”.

Upon finishing his studies, Dr. Blasbalg joined the Dental Rehabilitation Department staff at Tel Aviv University, guided students and engrossed himself in research. Today he’s a clinical instructor in the Prosthodontics Internship Program in Tel Aviv University- teaching the future generation of prosthodontists.

Dr. Blasbalg is a member of the Israeli Dental Association and the Israeli Society of Prosthodontics. He has published numerous articles in academic journals, taught courses in dentistry, talked in local and international conferences and acted as an examiner in the licensing exams of the Israeli Health Ministry. In his clinic Dr. Blasbalg puts an emphasis not only on the technical side of treatment, but also on great service and a kind treatment of patients, considerate of their personal needs.

Initial examination includes a thorough clinical exam and evaluation of X-ray scans. It’s a comprehensive diagnostic process at the end of which the different treatment options are explained to the patient- including details on treatment duration, complexity and estimated price.
